Board-Head Relations
The effectiveness of an Independent School depends in large part on a clear understanding of the respective role and responsibilities of the Board of Trustees and of the Head of School.
The consultant will use a customized board self-evaluation instrument to review those roles and conduct an interactive workshop.
Board/Parents/Community Surveys and Workshops
The consultant will work with the school to design the survey and/or workshop, which meet the school's particular needs at a particular time. This highly customized service can cover a variety of areas, from preparation for Long Range Planning and accreditation to governance issues and board self-evaluation.
Internationalizing Schools
The consultant will assist the school in developing an internationally minded ethos through its curriculum, co-curriculum and activities throughout the school community.
Neighborhood public relation and communication plan
The consultant will help develop a comprehensive public relation and communication plan for neighbours and other external constituencies.

The Consultant will explain the reasons why a school needs the support of its community and needs to support the community in return and will explore the strategies through which this can be accomplished.

In order to fulfill the needs of students who will join the work force in the first quarter of the 21st century. A school needs to rethink strategically the Modern Languages it wishes to offer, in light of new geo-political and economic trends. The consultant will assist the school in developing an appropriate Modern Language program.
