Institutional Advancement and Fundraising
The consultant will examine present fundraising strategies through an audit of the office and suggest implementation of systems to improve management of daily operations. Strategic planning for improved fundraising will be carried out and implemented. Annual fund, major gifts, campaigns, stewardship and recognition can be subjects of special concentration.
Communications
To establish planning and timing for more persuasive communications, the consultant will conduct an audit of all communications--print, letters, Web site, handbooks. Strategies for improving branding and timing for print and electronic communication will be implemented.
Alumni Relations
The consultant will advise on setting up an alumni relations office, tracking and retaining information, communication by print and e-mail, planning reunions, and fundraising from alumni.
