    The consultant will customize a process to the school's needs and to the level of inclusiveness it prefers.
    Strategic and Long Range Planning will include the following steps:
    Reviewing Mission, Vision, Values and Practices
    Performing School Audit and Assessment - Policies, Programs, Personnel
    Establishing Priorities for the Future - 3-5 years; 5-10 years
    Defining and Articulating Goals and Objectives
    Identifying Obstacle and Barriers for Achievement
    Considering Action Steps Necessary for Success
    Evaluating Resources both current and necessary
    Establishing a Timetable for Plan
